Scattered recordsOne system of record

We run our own products rather than only building for other people. It keeps us honest: we carry the pager, we field the support messages, and we live with every shortcut we take. Each one started as a problem a client could not buy their way out of.

The products

HR

Organics HR Plus

The HR system your managers will actually open.

Leave, attendance, payroll inputs, and the employee record, in one place. Built for Thai organisations, so it handles the things generic HR software gets wrong — Thai names, Thai holidays, and the fact that half your requests arrive by chat.

What it does

  • Leave and attendance, with approvals that route the way your org really works
  • One employee record instead of six spreadsheets
  • Payroll inputs your finance team can export without re-typing
  • Thai and English throughout, for staff and for head office

EDU

Campus Sphere

Student life, in one app instead of nine group chats.

A mobile app for the parts of campus that are not the LMS: schedules, announcements, activities, services, and the everyday logistics students currently piece together from noticeboards and group chats.

What it does

  • Schedules and announcements that reach students where they already are
  • Activities and clubs, with sign-up that does not need a Google Form
  • Campus services and requests, tracked instead of forwarded
  • One channel for staff, so announcements stop getting lost

AI

Notedocg

An AI bot in LINE that reads the group so you do not have to.

Add it to a LINE group and it collects what gets said, then summarises it — decisions, action items, and the request that would otherwise scroll past at 11pm. The chat stays where your team already is; the record comes out the other side.

What it does

  • Lives in the LINE groups your team already uses
  • Summarises threads into decisions and action items
  • Pulls out requests and hands them to the system that should own them
  • Understands Thai and English in the same conversation

Tell us what is not working

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are the right people for it. If we are not, we will say so.
