About ArtnCo
A small firm in Thailand that builds software, gives advice, and delivers projects.
ArtnCo does three things: we run our own SaaS products, we advise organisations on their technology, and we take delivery ownership of projects that need it. The three feed each other. Running products keeps our advice honest, because we carry the consequences of our own decisions. Consulting keeps our products grounded, because we see what actually breaks inside other people's organisations.
We work mostly with Thai organisations, in Thai and in English. That matters more than it sounds: most software sold here was designed somewhere else, for a way of working that is not how anything runs in practice. Requests arrive on LINE. Approvals happen in person. The spreadsheet is the real system. We build for that, rather than pretending otherwise.
We are deliberately small. You will work with the people who do the work, not an account manager between you and them.
What we hold to
We tell you when we are the wrong choice
A project we should not take is worse for us than one we do not win. We would rather say so in the first meeting.
Narrow and used beats broad and abandoned
Software earns its keep by being opened every day. We would rather solve one thing completely than five things partially.
The people doing the work know what is wrong
They usually just have not been asked. We start there, not with the org chart.
